Our approach to conducting a feasibility study is one of ‘fact finding’ and documentation. We listen to what the organization feels they need and what they are trying to remedy. From there we develop surveys, question and answer sessions and technology advances to build a case for the organization. Sometimes it is as simple as making operational changes that our Subject Matter Experts (SME) can guide. In other cases the organization determines that the path they were on was off track.
